Summer Fitness Olympics 2025
at Become Better Sport Performance and Personal Training
This will be the 5th annual Olympics Starting June 2025

Draft day: Saturday, May 31st at Noon
Become Better After Dark and Healthy Recipe Tasting: Saturday, June 21st
Last day to do events: Monday, August 11th
Closing Ceremony: Friday, August 15th

Summer Scoring Vs Winter Scoring
Summer Scoring:
In the Summer Olympics we have used scoring or first place gets 1000 points, 2nd place 900, 3rd place 800, etc… Bonus 100 points for everyone by just doing the event. If you aren’t close to the top 10 you won’t be able to improve your own score. The incentive to still improve comes from helping your team improve their team average which can drastically change the team points.
Winter Scoring:
Winter Olympics uses scoring where 1st place gets 1 point, 2nd place gets 2, etc... lowest score when combining all events would win. This makes incentive for those who might be in 30th place to try and move up to 20th place. It also means if you dominate a few events but don't try very hard in others it could be harder to place. Keep in mind that everyone will likely be bad at some events. Team averages would still be used.

We have a few ideas to change up teams this year. Here are some potential options

Or a similar format with only two large teams opposed to 3-4 smaller teams
Previous winners being “coaches/captains”
The Events:
Since this is the 5th annual Olympics, we have decided to bring back roughly 2 events from each of the other 4 Olympics and 2 new ones (10 total).

This event was done in the first Olympics on the track, but we will likely stick to our same lap in the Industrial Park

Participation Points
Likely similar to last year
Team Outfit coordination
Likely change - team members do not have to be there at the same time.
Team members show up with the same color or themed shirt
10 points per person. 5 people minimum
Double points if all Become Better Shirts (must still be the same color)
“Become Better” as a theme would be too easy
Must take a picture and at least one person has to post on IG tagging us (Team coach can also post)
Can not be the following shirts on the following days
Monday: Blue Shirt
Tuesday: Black Shirt
Wednesday: White Shirt
Thursday: Grey Shirt
Improvements/Goal Bonus
Since there are repeats of events this year there will be bonuses do doing better on the event than you previously did in the Olympics that event was first done.
Improvements from past events must be ~10%
Can set goals unrelated to this years events to reach by end of Olympics
