Become Better Sport Performance and Personal Training was started by Dan Knorr in late 2013 with only a few clients of his own. Over the years, Dan gained many clients through word of mouth, contacting local volleyball teams, and teaching Olympic weight lifting classes. With the help of a few extra trainers, we now have over 50 clients with ages ranging from 8-81 and all whom have a variety of different starting abilities and goals they wish to achieve. No matter what abilities and limitations you might have, we will work to make a custom program for you to ensure that you achieve your goals. Many common goals that have been reached include:
