Our Sport Performance Specialists use well researched and proven methods to improve performance on the court or field.

Our Strength and Conditioning Programs are similar to those that one would see at the collegiate or professional level. Our trainers have practical and research experience at all levels including middle school, high school, and college, along with connections to the professional sporting world. This has given us the knowledge and the tools to help athletes succeed.

As Trainers, we look to correct imbalances to improve movement quality, use weighted exercises that include the Olympic lifts to increase strength and power, apply plyometrics and other speed related movements for improved quickness and jumping ability, utilize various conditioning exercises to ensure the athletes can stay fresh for the entirety of their game/match, and work the core through multi-joint stability exercises as well as isolated ab work. Technique of all exercises will be top priority for continual growth and safety.
