1 week mock meal plan: $99
Plan will be made specifically for you
Based on what your indivdual energy needs are
How many times/day you plan to eat.
Plan will also account for eating around scheduled workouts
Food examples will be given for each meal
Purpose will be to give a template of what you could eat in a day/week.
We recommend doing this with the follow up sessions listed above to talk about how the plan went and where modifications could be made or the monthly program listed below
