Become Better Physical Therapy

FORGE Performance Physical Therapy

To forge is to create or produce something despite some level of difficulty.

At our core, we believe that physical therapy is a process that is not always easy, but can produce a pain-free life that allows you to get back to doing what you love.

If you’ve been told that you “can’t do that anymore” or that you “need surgery” to fix an issue, we would love to keep you off of the table and get you back to what gives you purpose.

How we’re different

01 — INdividualized care

We think that physical therapy should be personalized, goal-driven, and always one-on-one. The days of crowded PT offices and fast appointments with different therapists are over.

02 — focused, engaged visits

With 60-90-minute evaluations and 60 minute follow-up appointments, we can focus on long term change with interventions and exercises tailored specifically to your needs.

Evaluation findings and home exercises will be provided to you following your initial evaluation, allowing you to better understand any deficits and how to improve them moving forward.

03 — Innovative interventions

Located in a high level strength and conditioning facility, we have access to space and equipment that best reflect the cutting, pivoting, and loading required in sports. Blood flow restriction, plyometrics, and instability training are all part of what we do.

04 — elite athlete experience

We’ve been fortunate enough to work with professional athletes working through in-season injuries and the demands of peak performance. We bring professional athlete level care to everyone that walks through our doors.
