Powerlifting programs can be made for men and women of all ages and abilities!
Powerlifting is a strength sport which entails a participant to Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift the most amount of weight that they can. They are always given 3 attempts of each and their highest weight for each is recorded as their score.
Powerlifting exercises can be used for all populations who are looking to increase their strength and general fitness. We can help people learn how to successfully and safely complete these exercises.
Individuals may sign up for a 1-1 session, or potentially participate in our semi-private training sessions if they have some background in these lifts.
