*Note: This list doesn’t include the massive amount of PR’s from the actual events this year such as Back Squats, Weighted Planks, and Snatches. I am also sure that we missed some and would be happy to add more. Just let me know :)

Fill out the form below to help us make this event even better next year!

See where you placed in each individual event below!

Main Events: (Click The Event for current standings)

  1. Max Snatch: See the Lift Here Demonstrated by former coach nik!

    • Simply the most weight you can Snatch for 1 rep.

    • Can be a “Power” Snatch (catching above parallel) or normal snatch (catching in a full squat).

    • Can start from the ground or hang position

    • This lift is even more technical than the power clean last year. Ask the coaches to help teach this lift when you have extra time!

  2. BIATHLON: Run and Bike

    • For this event you will run a route outside around the industrial park that measures about .95 miles. Then you will immediatly hop on a concept 2 Bike for 3200M. Lowest time wins.

    • Challenge may differ slightly depending on age as well.

  3. Max Weighted Plank for 60 seconds

    • You will hold a plank on your elbows with extra weight added onto your back. You will get to choose the amount of weight.

    • If you hold the plank for the full 60 seconds the attempt would be successful.

    • Clock won’t start until weight is fully loaded AND you will not complete the challenge until the weight is loaded off of you (for safety reasons).

    • You will also add your age (1/2 age for females) to your weight for your final score.

      • Kids 16 and under will add 20 and 40 instead of their age.

  4. Max Back Squat

    • Max amount of weight you can successfully perform a back squat with for 1 rep

    • Those than can not back squat due to shoulder range of motion issues will be allowed to use the safety squat bar or hold a dumbell.

    • Thighs must reach parallel to the ground

    • Optional boxes may be used for the following ages

      • 12 inch box: 40 years old

      • 15 inch box: 50 years old

      • 18 inch box: 60 years old

      • 21 inch box: 70+ years old.

  5. Plate Squeeze Challenge

    • Hold two weights in each hand. When one hand fails we will hit the “lap” button so we know how long that hand made it. Then when you drop the weights with the other hand we will stop the clock. We will add the total time of each hand together for your final score

      • 2 - 5kg plates in each hand for guys

      • 2 - 2.5kg plates in each hand for women

  6. Seated BB Press - 3RM

    • This game involves 300 pulls on the rower. Speed and strength do not matter at all. You score highest by having the most consistent pulls. Basically it’s all about pacing
