Well, why not? People ask me this question all the time. And the answer is simple, I believe you should always strive to Become Better, no matter what the topic is. When you Become Better, you feel a sense of accomplishment, you feel good. To me, “Become Better” is a philosophy, a way of life. It’s how you should approach all aspects of life. Perfection is never reached in anything, ever. No one is so great at any one thing that they can not still improve. Trying to “Become Better” is what you should constantly be thinking about when trying to reach any goal, especially when that goal is to better one’s self. Everyone’s goals are different. Nevertheless, whether you come to us to lose weight, enhance movement, Become Better at a specific sport, or anything else, the statement still stands. When you come into a gym, especially my gym, the first thing I want you to think about is, “I am here to Become Better.” Getting in the right mindset is the first step to succeeding. You are at “Become Better (Sport Performance and Personal Training)”, and therefore you will believe that you can Become Better, which will drastically increase your chances to in fact, Become Better. That is my primary goal, actually my only goal, for every single individual who walks through our door every single day.
