Zottman Curl
step by step guidE:
This movement combines a curl and a reverse curl. Curl the dumbbells up with your palms facing forward.
Once the dumbbells reach the top position, rotate your wrists to point your palms down towards the ground, then lower the dumbbells down.
At the bottom position, rotate your palms to face forward again and then repeat the movement for the prescribed amount of reps.
Common Mistakes:
Not rotating your hands enough. Rotate the palms as much as possible at the top and at the bottom to get the full effect of the exercise.
