Single Arm Slider Push Up

step by step guide:

  1. Hold a tall plank position with one hand on the ground and the other on a slider.

  2. Lower yourself down by bending the elbow of the arm that’s on the ground and slide the other arm out away from the body.

  3. Once your body crosses below the elbow, press yourself back up with the arm on the ground and slide the other hand back in towards the body.

Common mistakes:

  1. Shifting your weight towards the slider side. This is incorrect. Keep all of your weight on the arm that’s on the ground.
