Single Arm Kettlebell Swing
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
Place the kettlebell out in front of you on the ground and grasp it with one hand.
Swing the kettlebell back between your legs and then snap your hips forward in an explosive movement, then repeat for the prescribed amount of reps.
Repeat with the other hand.
COMMON MISTAKES:
Squatting instead of hinging. Keep your legs mostly straight and reach back with your hips rather than bending your knees and squatting up and down as you swing the kettlebell.
