Step By Step Guide:

  1. Grab a plate available to you. Grab on the inside of the lip of the weight.

  2. Keeping your elbows out and high, pull the weight, tracking closely against your body, up towards chin

Helpful Cues:

  1. Pull your elbows up towards the ceiling staying higher than the pull of your hands

Common Mistakes:

  1. Don’t let your elbows drop to low, keep them as high as possible
