Plank Jacks with Mini Band

step by step guide:

  1. Place a band around your ankles and get into a plank position.

  2. Jump your feet out to shoulder width then jump them back in to hip width

  3. Repeat for prescribed amount of reps or time.

common mistakes:

  1. Sticking your butt up in the air. Keep your hips in line with your ankles and shoulders so that the tension is on the abs, not on the shoulders.
