Kneeling T-Spine Rotations

Step By Step Guide:

  1. Down in a kneeling position. Place one hand on the back of your head and the other hand stretched out on the ground as far as you can.

  2. Have your eyes follow your elbow of the hand on your head and drop that elbow down through the arm stretched out on the ground.
