Jumping Jack
STep by Step Guide:
Stand up straight with your feet underneath your hips and your arms at your side.
Jump your feet out to shoulder width and raise your arms up overhead, then jump your feet back to hip width and lower your arms down to your side.
Common Mistakes:
Moving your arms and legs out of sequence. It is not uncommon for people to move their feet out as they lower their arms down, and raise their arms up as they jump their feet out. While this is not going to hurt anything, it makes you look like a total nerd and nobody wants that.
