Hanging Knee Tuck
Step By Step Guide:
Grab a pull up bar and leg your whole body hang.
Drive your knees straight up into a 90 degree flexed position. Hold that position about one second then straighten legs back out towards the ground
Helpful Cues:
Keep your body straight like a board when hanging from the bar
Common Mistakes:
Don’t swing to gain momentum to tuck your knees. This will take all of the work away from your core. If you begin to get tired, rest and then perform more reps.
