Chest Presses on Ball
Step By Step Guide:
Lay upper body on the ball with feet our in front on the ground. Walk feet forward so that your only your shoulders and upper back are on the ball.
Hold the dumbbells over your chest just outside your armpits and press them straight up towards the ceiling then control them back to the starting position.
Helpful Cues:
Squeeze your butt muscles to keep a tight core and back from sagging.
Common Mistakes:
Keeps weights out by your armpits so when you press your arms don’t collapse back toward your chest
