Happy New Year! New Year, New Me! This term is used a lot and we really don’t like it, but it is an appropriate time to “Kick the New Year Off Right”. Whether you are trying to continue goals from the previous year, re-make goals into the new year or even start exercise related goals for the very first time, the start of the new year is a good time to talk about goals and to set them in place.
