Corey Kroboth Squatted 260 KG. Go ahead, look that up in lbs
Werner got really strong. He deadlifted over 200kg, but this was the best thing he did all year…

Kerry Hartman, where to begin on this guy. Now doing over 60 sit ups in a minute, almost 60 push-ups in a row, back squatting well over 300 lbs, pressing 80 kg over his head (passing coach Dan), and his biggest accomplishment, getting his wife to join in on the fun.
Jean Criss. Our oldest client, now able to push 135 lbs on the sled and also pick up that much weight as well.
I will update this post this week again with some videos and some better pictures of the actual lifts. Unfortunately I was having a hard time getting a lot of them to load.
I’m sure I missed some of you on this list and I apologize for that. I don’t have most of your numbers in front of me so this was largely off the top of my head (plus a few text messages to clients). Coach Joey will be adding more to this list too. Please post in the comments section below if there’s another accomplishment you have reached that you would like us to share! Some of you may still be new or we simply might not have discussed some of the goals that you have reached recently, but I would love to talk more with each and every one of you about your accomplishments. If you had struggle reaching your goals last year I would like to hear about those too. This was obviously a year full of obstacles, but we are here to help you Become Better no matter what!
