Step by step guide:

  1. Tie a band around a post, face the post, and then place one of your hands inside the band

  2. Step a few steps back away from the post and put the opposite foot forward and extend your arm.

  3. Squeeze the muscles in your back and shoulder and pull the band towards you until the band reaches your chest, then extend your arm back out.

  4. Repeat on the other side.
