Band Single Arm Press
step by step guide:
Tie a band around a post, then place one of your hands inside the band.
Step out a few steps away from the post and put the opposite foot forward.
Extend your arm and press the band forward until your arm is straight, then bring your hand back in to the start position.
Repeat on the other side.
Helpful Cues:
Adjust the difficulty by moving your feet forward or backwards. Step further away from the post to make it tougher, or stay closer to the post to make it easier.
Common mistakes:
Rotating your body. Keep your shoulders pointed straight ahead. Don’t allow your torso to twist as you press out.
