Band Overhead Tricep Extensions
step by step guide:
Place one end of a band underneath your heel, and grab the other end with the same side hand, then raise your arm up overhead with your elbow bent and your hand behind your body.
Extend your elbow by squeezing your triceps until your arm is completely straight, then slowly lower your hand back down to the start position.
Common mistakes:
Moving the upper arm. The only thing moving should be your elbow joint. Your forearm will move upwards, but your upper arm should remain stationary. Don’t let your upper arm move forward or backwards.
