Ball Leg Raise

Step By Step Guide:

  1. Lay on your back and place a yoga ball in between your feet. Squeeze the ball to help contract your core and raise the ball using your feet/lower legs up towards the ceiling

Helpful Cues:

  1. Squeeze the ball as hard as you can

Common Mistakes:

  1. Bending the knees as you raise the ball. Keep those legs straight to get everything out of this exercise.

  2. Not squeezing the ball. If you’re doing these correctly, nobody should be able to poke the ball out of your feet. Make sure you’re squeezing it in tight.
