Ball Leg Curl

Step By Step Guide:

  1. Lay on your back with your feet and ankles both up on a yoga ball.

  2. Press your heels down into the ball and pull the ball towards your butt then back to the starting position

Common Mistakes:

  1. Keep your heels pressed into the ball to contract your posterior chain (back of your legs/butt muscles)
