Alternating Knee Tuck
Step By Step Guide:
Lay on your back and bring your knee and feet to a 90 degree angle.
Kick one leg straight out and tap your heel to the ground while the other leg stays in that 90 degree flexed position. Bring the straight leg back and then alternate the motion.
Helpful Cues:
Place your hands under your low back to help support and brace your core muscles.
Common Mistakes:
Do this exercise with body control. Control your leg straight out and tap your heel lightly instead of just letting it drop to the ground.
