Knee Hug

Step By Step Guide:

  1. Start by walking forward then drive one knee up towards the ceiling. When you drive the knee as high as you can, grab your knee with both hands then try and pull it further.

  2. Take a step then repeat on each leg

Common Mistakes:

  1. You really want to pull the knee towards the sky. Don’t just gracefully grab the knee then let go
