Balsamic Chicken

Try out this healthy and easy one pan recipe! There is hardly any prep time and is a healthy option for the whole family! Check out the recipe for Balsamic Chicken Below:

Ingredients

1 1/2lbs Chicken Tenders

1 Cup of Baby Carrots

6 Baby Potatoes sliced in half

1 Head of Broccoli

1 Head of Cauliflower

1/2 Pint of Cherry Tomatos

2 tsp of Powdered Garlic

1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

1 Packet of Zesty Italian Dressing

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

1 tsp salt + pepper

Instructions

Step 1: Chop up Broccoli and Cauliflower to preference. Slice the tomatoes and potato’s in in half and place in a medium bowl with the carrots. Sprinkle olive oil over the vegetables to coat each then place in cooking pan.

Step 2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. For personal preference, you can cut the tenders in half. Season tenders in a medium bowl with salt + pepper, olive oil, zesty italian dressing, balsamic dressing and garlic powder.

Step 3: Place chicken on the cooking pan with veggies and sprinkle any left over seasoning from the chicken bowl.

Step 4: Bake in the oven for 40-60 minutes. Check to make sure the chicken is cooked through or at an internal temp of 165 degrees.

Step 5: Share and enjoy!

Notes:
