Barbell Wrist Curl
DESCRIPTION/INSTRUCTIONS:
Grab a barbell with your hands just outside your legs and using an underhand grip.
With a firm grip on the bar and your arms straight, rotate your palms upward until they are pointing directly upward towards the ceiling, then lower them back down to the start position.
COMMON MISTAKES:
Going to heavy. The forearm muscles are very small and it doesn’t take much load to deliver a great training stimulus to them. Keep this exercise light and focus on contracting the muscles as hard as you can.
