Worlds Greatest Stretch
Step by step guide:
Get into a kneeling position with both hands and knees on the ground.
Step your left foot forward outside your left hand, then push your hips back to stretch your hamstring, and then push them forward again.
After you bring your hips forward, rotate your torso towards your left knee and reach your left arm up to the sky, then rotate it back down and place it back on the ground. Repeat the prescribed amount of reps, and then repeat on the other side.
