Step By Step Guide:

  1. Start completely flat on your back. Keeping your arms and legs completely straight you will raise them together to touch up in a large “V”

Helpful Cues:

  1. Keep your limbs as straight as possible. If you need to, raise your legs up first then reach up for your toes.

Common Mistakes:

  1. Doing a toe touch and not returning your legs back to the ground.

  2. Having a large bend in your knees making it tough to reach and touch your toes.
