Tuck Jumps

Description/Instructions:

  1. Start in standing position

  2. Jump vertical and tuck knees into chest quickly

  3. Land on balls of feet and consecutively go into next jump

Helpful Cues:

  1. Treat the ground like hot lava and try to spend least amount of time on ground as possible,

  2. Don’t worry too much about where your arms are, they should just naturally assist but focus is pure lower body power

  3. Aim to get your knees up as high as possible

Common Mistakes:

  1. Resetting between reps

    • Also, don’t get too deep into a squat before jumping - should be relatively stiff leg

  2. Using arm swing,
