Toe Walks
Description/Instructions:
Point both sets of toes down into the ground so you come up as high as possible.
Start walking forward while keeping your heels up.
Helpful Cues:
Point your toes down to get as high as possible
Contract your calves
Sometimes it helps to keep your legs relatively straight while walking
Common Mistakes:
Relaxing your muscles while taking a step. Don’t let your heels touch the ground
