Step By Step Guide:

  1. Lay on your back with your legs straight and off the ground so your feet are facing directly at the ceiling.

  2. Keep your arms as straight as possible and reach your hands up to your toes while also lifting your shoulders up off the ground.

Helpful Cues:

  1. Keep your knees straight to shorten the length needed to reach

  2. Raise shoulders up off the ground to help contract your abs

Common Mistakes:

  1. Bending your legs too much so that you aren’t reaching straight up towards the sky
