Squat Jump
Step by step guide:
Set up the same way you would for a bodyweight squat, with your feet about shoulder width apart and your toes turned slightly outward.
Squat down until your hips pass below your knees, and then explosively stand up so that your feet leave the ground, and then start again from step one.
Helpful cues:
For a more advanced version, don’t stop and reset in-between jumps. Move continuously up and down until the set is completed.
Common Mistakes:
Letting the knees cave in. This places excess stress on the knees.
Not keeping your feet flat on the floor. Make sure your heels are in contact with the floor as you squat down.
