Slider Lateral Lunge
step by step guide:
Stand with one foot on the ground and the other on a furniture slider, a towel, old shirt, or paper plate.
Squat down on the leg that’s on the ground and slide the other foot out to the side until you cant go any further, then stand back up and slide your foot back towards your body.
Helpful cues:
Keep all of your weight on the leg not on the slider. This will help you achieve a full range of motion and maintain proper balance.
common mistakes:
Shifting your weight laterally as you slide out. This is incorrect. Keep all of your weight on the leg not on the slider.
