Russian Twist

Step By Step Guide:

  1. Sit on your but with your upper body off the ground. Cross your fingers together and raise your feet slightly off the ground.

  2. Twist and touch the ground to your side then twist and touch the opposite side of the ground.

Helpful Cues:

  1. Brace your abs to keep your body from shifting around

Common Mistakes:

  1. Body control. You want to keep your body from swinging around to much or losing your balance.
