Plank/Side Plank

Step By Step Guide:

  1. Planks can be done on your elbows or arms completely straight above your hands. Keep your legs as straight as possible.

  2. Side planks are done on your elbows with your legs straight out. You can have your legs stacked up on each other or your top leg just in front of your bottom leg to prevent and pain in your ankles/feet.

Helpful Cues:

  1. Keep the body as rigid as possible

Common Mistakes:

  1. Don’t let the body sag or over arch
