Plank Lateral Walk with MiniBand

step by step guide:

  1. Place a mini-band around your wrists, and get into a tall plank position.

  2. Step your same side hand and foot out laterally, and then move the other side hand and foot in the same direction to get back into the position you started in.

  3. Repeat on the other side.

Common mistakes:

  1. Sticking your butt up in the air. Make sure you maintain a good plank position while you are moving.
