Pistol Squat
step by step guide:
Balance on one foot
Lift your arms out in front of you to support your balance, then squat down and up on that leg. Extend the other leg out in front of you as you lower yourself down.
Helpful Cues:
Lean your torso forward over the leg you’re squatting on. This will help you balance.
Common mistakes:
Letting the knee cave in. Keep your knee pointed in the same direction as your toe
Letting the heel come off the ground. Keep your foot flat on the ground as you squat.
