Lateral Lunge
Step By Step Guide:
Start with your feet together. Then take a large step to the side with one foot.
The foot that steps then pushes back into your hips (like a deadlift)
The foot/leg that stays stationary also stays as straight as you can possibly keep it
Helpful Cues:
When performing the lunge side, push your hips back when bending at the knee versus pushing the knee forward.
