Incline Chest Press
step by step guide:
Sit on an incline bench and set the dumbbells on your knees.
Lay back and kick your knees back while pressing the dumbbells up over your shoulders.
Place your feet back on the ground. You are now in the start position.
Lower the dumbbells down just outside your torso and press the dumbbells back up.
When you’re done with the set, bring your knees up and lower the dumbbells down to your knees, then rock forward and set the dumbbells on the ground.
Common Mistakes:
Pressing the dumbbells forward over the chest rather than up and back over the shoulders. Remember this is an incline chest press, not a regular chest press. Press the dumbbells straight up and down against gravity, not forward and away from you.
