Hanging Leg Raises
Step By Step Guide:
Grab a pull up bar with your hands facing the same direction as your body.
Keep your legs as straight as you can and raise them away from the ground creating a 90 degree and at your hips.
Return legs to a hanging position and repeat
Helpful Cues:
Keep your body as stiff as possible to prevent swinging
Common Mistakes:
Swinging to gain momentum will take away from the core muscles which are the prime mover during this exercise
