Dumbbell Skull Crusher
STep by step guide:
Lay flat on the ground and hold two dumbbells up over your shoulders with your palms facing each other.
Keep the upper arms stationary while you slowly bend at the elbow and let the dumbbells drop down towards your shoulders.
Once the dumbbells touch your shoulders, press them back up to the start position.
Common mistakes:
Allowing the upper arm to move during the set. Keep that upper arm locked in place by thinking about pointing your elbows straight up to the ceilings. This will make sure all of the tension is placed on the triceps and it’s not shifted elsewhere by moving the upper arm.
