Drop Jump Push Up

step by step guide:

  1. Hold a tall plank position with your hands elevated on boxes, chairs, stacks of textbooks, or similar.

  2. Drop off the boxes and catch yourself with your hands in the bottom of a push-up position, then explosively push yourself back up and catch yourself with your hands back on top of the boxes.

Common Mistakes:

  1. Failing to catch yourself and falling on your face. Don’t do that please. Would’t recommend.
