Step By Step Guide:

  1. Lying on your back, bring your legs up to a 90 degree flexed position and also create a 90 degree angle with your knees.

  2. Place the yoga ball against your knees then place your hands on the ball just above your chest.

  3. Simultaneously take one hand off the ball while the opposite leg releases from the ball. Reach both your hand and knee away from the ball as far as you can then back to the ball. Continue that movement alternating each side

Helpful Cues:

  1. Make sure you press hard into the ball with your knees and hands to help brace your core and hold the ball in place.

Common Mistakes:

  1. Don’t let the ball lay against your body. Make sure there is light between your body and the ball.
