Cross Over Crunch

Step By Step Guide:

  1. Lay on your back with your knees bent up and feet against the ground. Then take one leg and cross your foot over top of your opposite leg.

  2. With one hand on the back of your head, crunch up reaching your elbow to the knee that is off the ground.

Helpful Cues:

  1. Reach up so that your elbow touches your knee.

Common Mistakes:

  1. Reaching for the wrong knee. Your elbow should be reaching across your body towards your opposite knee.
