Cable Tricep Press-Down

Step By Step Guide:

  1. In a cable rack grab the double rope or v-bar attachement.

  2. Using both hands on the attachment, lock your elbows in at your ribs and press straight down to the ground and control back to where your elbows just break 90 degrees

Common Mistakes:

  1. Pressing down before you have correct posture along with keeping your elbows tucked
