Step By Step Guide:

  1. Lay on your back and raise your legs off the ground. Have your knees pointed towards the ceiling and cross your feet.

  2. Cross your hands together and reach for the gap that is in between your knees while slightly raising your shoulders off the ground.

Helpful Cues:

  1. Keep your feet crossed just above your knees to keep the gap between your knees.

Common Mistakes:

  1. Not reaching far enough to raise your shoulders up off the ground.
