Burpees
step by step guide:
Stand up tall, then bend over and place your hands on the ground.
Once your hands reach the ground, jump your feet back so that you end up in a plank position.
Lower yourself down to the floor by flopping your body down under control (you do not have to do a strict push-up).
Once you’ve reached the ground, flop your body back up by pushing your hands and knees into the ground.
Jump your feet back up underneath you.
Lift your hands up and jump, reaching for the ceiling. This is one complete burpee rep.
Common Mistakes:
Jumping before the rep starts. We’re not sure why some of our clients do this… While there’s nothing inherently wrong with it, it just makes you look goofy. And if you look goofy, we will definitely make fun of you.
