Barbell Wrist Extension Tutorial
DESCRIPTION/INSTRUCTIONS:
Grab a barbell with your hands just outside your legs and using an overhand grip.
With a firm grip on the bar and your arms straight, rotate your knuckles upward until they are pointing straight out in front of you, then lower them back down to the start position.
COMMON MISTAKES:
Going to heavy. Keep these light and focus on the contraction of the forearm muscles throughout a full range of motion. Don’t try to load these super heavy.
